Wonderful experience with Jake and the Auto Palace crew. After a warm welcome, my questions were answered professionally and my test drive was terrific. I had an excellent experience at Auto Palace and with salesman Jake Campbell. I entered the dealership as a novice to the brand and vehicle lineup and Jake made finding the right car very straightforward. He helped me enjoy learning about each option, and which Porsche would best fit my needs/wants.... Jake was very patient, informative, and non-pressuring throughout the entire process. He helped me feel comfortable, and I would recommend him to any potential buyers. Show more

To say I am satisfied is a understatement. I purchased a 2017 911 this past year (2017) and traded up to a 2018 911 4S convertible this summer. The car is great and Steve Blackwell went out of his way to make the deal happen for me. I was so satisfied that I brought my girlfriend to the dealership f...or a quick look. She test drove a 2017 911 4S convertible that had low mileage and had one of her favorite color combos. She loved the car as I knew she would as she had driven mine. Now we have almost identical cars in the garage. When my friends say why two so similar the response is well there is his and there is hers. This is my second purchase (I have owned 7 Porsche vehicles) from them and even though we are heading to Florida I am sure there will be another that will be shipped south. Give them a fair try as I am sure you will be happy. Steve knows his cars and is very laid back and does not press for a sale. His and Aaron's attitude make it a pleasure to do business with them. Just took delivery of a 2018 Boxster from Auto Palace. Steve Blackwell was the salesman and he was great. Getting a production slot turned out to be a much bigger issue than I ever expected and, at one point, I thought the deal was going to fall apart because of production issues. Steve did a ...great job of pulling everything together and, while it took some time, I got exactly the car I wanted. I would buy from Steve again and would recommend him to anyone looking for fair treatment and a great car. Show more

I can’t say enough about my experience with Auto Palace. It’s a beautiful facility with a terrific staff. We walked in the door looking for a used cayenne and were immediately greeted by Jake Dunks-Campbell. We drove a couple of their excellent vehicles but Unfortunately they didn’t have ex...actly what I was looking for but I would have gladly purchased from them if they did. The customer service we received from Jake was twice the service we had with the dealer we ended up purchasing from. They just had exactly what we wanted. My recommendation is to stop by and let them take care of you. I promise you won’t be sorry. I will always make them my first stop from now on. Show more

My wife and I bought a used VW from here and couldn’t be happier with them. Jake Dunks-Campbell could not have been more professional and easy to work with! He treated us as if we were buying a brand new Porsche and I would definitely recommend him and this dealer!
